Founder & Lead Technology Consultant
Hi, I'm Jeniya — the heart behind Impact Technologies. I'm driven by a simple belief: technology should make life easier, not harder.
My path into IT wasn't traditional. I was a mathematics major at Stony Brook University in New York, but life had other plans. When the world paused during the COVID-19 lockdown, I saw an opportunity instead of a setback. I trained with Per Scholas in the Bronx, NY, immersed myself in hands-on IT work, and discovered a passion for helping businesses stay secure, connected, and productive.
What started as a pivot during uncertain times grew into a mission: to give small businesses reliable, people-first technology support that is understandable, secure, and aligned with their goals. Impact Technologies is being built to grow with the businesses it supports while preserving the personal service at its foundation.
